My public interests have always ignited my zeal to lean towards ‘Community Engagement’. I have always made an attempt to thrive in a social environment wherein I can make an effort to support other lives also. BIZCHANGEMAKERS project involved teaching business skills to the students of the government school ‘Janta Upkarak Inter College, Amroha’. This initiative was a chance to give back to my community and also to empower students who had not explored the world of ‘Business’. This six-month long initiative involved teaching of ‘Marketing’ and ‘Human Resource Management’. To conclude the project, I organized a competition where students applied the skills they learned by creating their own small business ideas. They worked in teams to design logos and pitch their ideas, many of which centered around traditional Indian handicrafts—products that represented their cultural heritage. We also awarded certificates and prizes to all participants.
